Led by Town government, through the Planning and Development Department and the support of numerous local businesses and organizations, this program can help leverage group purchasing of solar installations between August 23, 2017 and November 24, 2017 and save participants up to 20% off the cost of going solar.

Solarize Tonawanda has vetted and negotiated reduced installation and material costs from local installers. As a result, if you go solar now, you can save money while helping Tonawanda become a more sustainable community.

The Town’s Planning and Development Department is conducting special outreach to low-to-moderate income homeowners who may want to install solar panels on their homes through the Town’s Federal Community Development Block Grant funds.  Income qualified home owners may qualify for a deferred payment 0% interest rate loan.  Click here for more information.

Learn how the program works and sign up today for your free solar evaluation which includes a roof evaluation, preliminary site design, energy usage profile, and financial analysis.
